What we do not do
- No advertising, analytics or profiling cookies — none at all.
- No third-party requests: fonts, video and images are served from this domain, so no external provider learns that you visited.
- No tracking pixels, no embedded social widgets, no A/B testing tools.
- No sale or sharing of personal data. There is nothing collected to sell.
What is stored on your device

Neither item identifies you and neither leaves your browser. Under the ePrivacy rules they are storage strictly necessary for a function you asked for, which is why this site asks for no cookie consent — there is nothing to consent to.
Server logs
The web server records ordinary access logs: IP address, time, the address requested, the response code, the referring page and the browser identification. They exist to keep the site running and to detect attacks, they are not used for profiling or advertising, and they are deleted after 30 days. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security and operation of the service, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
When you write to us
If you send us an e-mail, we process what you send — your name, address, the content of the message and any figures about your land — in order to answer it and, where it leads to a delivery or a partnership, to perform the contract. We keep the correspondence for as long as the business relationship and statutory record-keeping require, and we do not forward it to anyone outside our own processing.
Hosting
The site runs on a server operated for us in the European Union. No data is transferred to a third country. Photographs and video are licensed from Pexels and are hosted here, not loaded from their servers.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and the right to data portability. Write to office@inno.sk and we will answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
